How We Protect Student Data

Let's C.R.E.A.T.E., Inc. serves youth ages 12–21. Protecting the privacy and safety of the young people we work with — and the schools and families who trust us — is at the center of everything we do. Here's the short version of how we handle student information.
We never sell student data
Student information is never sold, rented, or licensed to anyone — ever.
No targeted advertising
We do not use student data for ads, commercial profiling, or marketing.
Encrypted & access-controlled
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only authorized staff with a program need can see it.
Parental consent & access
Guardians approve participation for minors and can view, correct, or request deletion of their child's data.
Delete on request
A parent, student, or school can ask us to delete student data, and we will — promptly.
School-ready (NY Ed Law 2-d)
When used by a NYS school, the platform follows Education Law 2-d / Part 121 and FERPA / COPPA.
A community program — not a clinical provider.
Our wellness tools are creative, non-clinical reflections — not medical records or mental health treatment. We collect only what's needed to run the program and support each participant.
